Here we are all ready for a new year of learning together.

Welcome to 2015

Kia Ora and Welcome to Weka Class 2015. What a wonderful summer we are having. I hope you are out enjoying it. This is one of the spots that I have visited recently. I am hoping that my new lifestyle of 3 days a week at school will allow me to visit a lot more places like this.

There will be lots of dancing, music and excitement.
Weka class are showing the WW1 era and we will be learning about life at that time.

Here is an example of the costumes the children will need:
Boys: white collared shirt (we will supply the black bow tie) and black trousers or black jeans

Girls: "flapper" dress: feathers , headband

Have fun gathering the costume together. Talk to Mr Phillips or Mrs Bryant if you are unsure about what is appropriate please.
